Equipment reset after game freeze

Greetings,

I sent a feedback from ingame, but wanted to include my issue here as well. Pre-update my ship was full T5 equipment and after the update it defaulted me to the t5 upgraded equipment with a few extra upgrade tokens for what was in my inventory. However, I froze on the reward screen after fighting the 2nd new world boss(hangman) and upon restarting the game my ship reverted to all lvl 0 upgrades. Meaning I am facing lvl 200+ ships with lvl 1 upgrades. I am essentially getting instakilled with no chance of actually surviving combat anymore. Was excited about the update and enjoying it for the few battles I had done, but now there's nothing I can really do as my ship is useless.

Unfortunally same here. I am a lvl 660 and since this unholy update things arent working anymore at all.
Battles are useless, not only cause the unballanced power. Even "destroy 180 Shops, reward 3 pearls" doesn't make sense anymore.
My ship was high end upgraded, thanks to the prime wheel and hundreds of chests. Now, since yesterday all tiers down to lowest ****. Upgradeing sails, cannons or health does need thousands of token worth, unable to recieve them cause chests worth before 25 gems are now on sale for 2000!!!
Eben if i win 1 out of 30 fights, the fight isnt ending. Shall i sail to the end of the World? To much Johnny Depp influence ;)
If developers dont reset this c***, i will delete this Game. Not the money worth i spent for my first good ship

I'm more disappointed that I can't really play atm, I understand it's a rather large update with a lot of changes and stuff happens. I just hope they can get it resolved so I can survive more than 5s again :)

Hi both of you! We're sorry to read about these issues. It is true that balancing changes are made, but we have to admit some small unexpected issues have also come in between, these are in regards to the fights not being able to end and some other issues that can be specific for your OS/specific device. Our development team is aware of this and depending on your area you can already update the game to a version where it is solved, or you are able to do so within the next 1-2 days. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope both of you are soon able to update and enjoy the game again!

*edit* Small note: We have changed the way gold/gems are distributed. Although chests may seem expensive, your personal gems/gold that you already owned have highly increased when you updated to version 2.6.0 and battles, watching videos for gems and selling items you own will reward you with a lot more currency. We please ask our players to first try out our new economy for a while.

My personalized ship is now missing, I was level 576 now level 236, T5 hull level 23 is now basic level 0 T1, sails are gone, was all T5 high levels and all canons were T5 level 18 or 19, now they're all reset as well. WTF?! I played the heck out of this game to just be completely reset. On top of that, PvP glitches like hell and so does the North Pole challenges. I am beyond disappointed. I had a great ship, customized and named, now nothing.

I'm still waiting for a response from the in game support, going to end up missing most of the holiday event because I cant fight :p

I do not understand it. If I log out of google play, close app open it back up, my ships are as powerful as they are suppp and ed to be. However, I cant save any progress. The North Pole challenge is glitchy. I got to the end, destroyed 2 ships and then....nothing. Both ships sitting there with a 0 above them and destroyed. No more progress. I'm more disappointed in my loss of ships. I think I'm going to delete this game and start playing another ship game.

My progress of level 91 and all my ships etc were wiped out as well. It froze then asked me to login with my Google play account. Then the game reloaded introducing me to game with tutorials as though I had never played. I'm not starting all over again. Who could blame me. It was a great game while it lasted. :arrow: 😕

When you log in, go to settings and click the cloud button, it'll have the restore data there.

Did that, it doesn't restore my ships. I was level 576, with absurdly powerful ships. Logged in it starts me with a ship at 10k damages. When I logout and go back into the game and stay logged out, it gives me ships with 3566k damge and the ships look exactly like the ones I customized. However, since I'm not logged in, it will not save my data. It's just all kinds of screwed up. When I'm logged in I have none of the ships I had before update. The cloud button shows me my last save points were after my app update. Basically they didn't carry my data over.
